Greetings BCMC community,

Join us for worship this week virtually from wherever you are! Here
you will find a link to a Youtube video of the service that the
pastoral team recorded on Saturday morning. You can also find an
attached order of worship if you would like to follow along with a
written order.

We invite you to join us as active participants from your homes. Find
a candle to light where you are at the beginning of the service while
pastors Dawn and Nathan begin the service with the lighting of the
Christ candle.

Join us in singing the three songs for this week:
HWB 1 What is this place
HWB 377 Healer of our every ill
STS 16 Peace before us
If you do not have these songbooks in your home, you can find scanned
copies attached to this email.

Join the three pastors in engaging the text by opening your Bibles to
John 9:1-41 and reflecting on these questions.
Reading 1  (The Inclusive Bible)
What word or phrase jumps out at you?
What does that word or phrase do to you or in you?

Reading 2  (NRSV)
What in this reading are you curious about?
What surprises you? disturbs you? encourages you?

Reading 3 (CEB)
What is this passage invoking in you?
What invitation do you hear?
What do you feel called to?

We recognize that this is a new way of worshiping together. While we
can not be present face-to-face, we do hope to be present to one
another virtually. Christ is here among us, scattered among our homes
and community.
